Easy process to order the cabinets. We like the quality and we were able to get the design completed and cabinets delivered. We had to go back and forth a bit with the design team to finally get what we wanted but after that the order process was easy.
The process of getting samples was a bit of back and forth. I would like to see the option to return the sample as I have no use for it after confirming what we want and it could be used for the next person.

Overall very good but after selecting what I wanted I was told two weeks later they were not allowed in stock. Changed order and a week later was told something else out of stock. Had to change the colour to get the units I wanted which was not ideal. If they are not in stock then you should not be able to add them to cart. This delayed my project.

Cabinet Giant was wonderful! They located a replacement cabinet door to replace one we damaged. Shipping was fast! Thank you!

We have built two homes and have used Cabinet Giant for both. The cabinets are excellent quality and easy to assemble. The price is outstanding and the customer service is prompt and very helpful. I've had a few issues with shipping, but not anything that Cabinet Giant has not quickly rectified with no cost to me.

We bought the Petit Oak for a kitchen, bathroom, and liviing room. They are well made and look amazing! They were shipped to Michigan via FedEx and they arrived 1 week later than estimated with no damage. I do think this was just a FedEx issue and not Cabinet Giant. We discovered about 1 week after receving them that we received the wrong doors and drawer fronts for 3 of the cabinets. After contacting Cabinet Giant about the problem they shipped us the correct ones fairly quickly. Thank you!

The cabinets were very high quality, way better than I expected for that price. The instructions were garbage though, but thankfully I found YouTube videos for Forever Cabinetry that showed you how to put them together. Had I not had experience and the videos I would’ve never figured it out. I needed to repair a few of the stripped out screws, but overall they look great and they arrived on time and they fit exactly like they were supposed to. Linnea did a great job on the design.

We like our cabinets a lot. They were fun to assemble. They look amazing. Our new kitchen is not quite finished, yet, and we are looking forward to moving our kitchen stuff into their new spaces. The service we received from our kitchen designer was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

I bought a frew cabinets from the company, my microwave cabinet came in damages. I contacted the company they said they would send me a repair kit because I had to have the cabinet installed before countertops I never got the repair kit and I contacted the company twice.

Im telling everyone about cabinet giant that i love. Didn't want the junk that home improvement stores had.I love my cabinets! Shipping for even the special order items were at my place several weeks before the expected delivery date. CG couldn't have did better. They are very mindful about ever step from shipment, to ease of assembly, to quality, communication and delivery. The cabinets were so well packaged that there couldn't be any damage. Donna provided an entire blueprint and elevation of my kitchen and primary bath along with an invoice of all of my choices. Cabinets are very high quality and fit perfectly. It is a custom solution without a custom price.
